Service Description

Reflexology uses pressure points in the ears, hands and feet specifically connected to organs, glands and body parts to relax your peripheral nervous system and encourages the body to relax. This is wonderful technique that is done on a massage table, fully clothed. It is gentle and great for those who don't necessarily feel comfortable receiving massage. Your therapist Chris is also able to incorporate other services into your session such as Reiki, Craniosacral therapy or Acupressure.
