Policies, Procedures and FAQ

Online Booking Policy

When booking online at Reclaim Your Body Holistic Wellness Center, all appointments must be prepaid in full. You will also have the option to add a tip at the time of booking, though it is not required.

If you plan to use a gift card or package, it must be assigned to your name in our system (Vagaro) to be used for prepayment. If the gift card or package is under someone else’s name, it will not apply at checkout. If you need to transfer a gift card or package to your name or have any concerns, please call our office before booking, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To be fair to both our clients and our therapists, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you may be charged up to the full cost of the session.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and we have not heard from you within 24 hours of your appointment time, your card on file will be charged for the missed session. Even if you do contact us within this timeframe, charges may still apply based on the circumstances.

This policy allows us to respect the time of our therapists while also ensuring that we can continue providing quality care to all of our clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you when possible.

Credit Card on File Policy

A credit card is required on file for all bookings, whether made online, in person, or over the phone. If you book in person or over the phone, your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it is only used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

When you arrive for your appointment, you may choose to pay with the card on file or use another payment method if you prefer. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain our commitment to our therapists' time and availability.

Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Anything discussed during your appointment at Reclaim Your Body Holistic Wellness Center is strictly confidential. Whether you share personal information, health concerns, or simply need a safe space to relax, your conversations remain private. Our team is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and secure environment for all clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to my appointment?

  • For massage therapy, undress to your comfort level—most clients disrobe completely or leave on undergarments, as you will be covered with sheets during the session.

  • For Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, and Acupressure, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. These sessions are done fully clothed.

  • For Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, only a quarter of your body will be draped. Call if you have questions.

  • If you plan to use the infrared sauna before or after your session, we provide robes, slippers, and baskets for your clothing and personal items.

If you have any questions about what to expect, feel free to reach out before your appointment!

What’s included in my session?
At Reclaim Your Body Holistic Wellness Center, every session is completely personalized to your needs. Unlike other places that charge extra for enhancements, we include all typical add-ons in the price of your service. This means you can enjoy:

✔ Gua Sha
✔ Aromatherapy
✔ Massage Cupping
✔ Hot Stones – Please note that hot stones are used to target a specific area of the body, not for a full-body treatment. Thanks for understanding!

Simply let your therapist know if you’d like any of these incorporated into your session. We’re happy to customize your experience to best support your wellness goals!

What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you, and our therapists often have back-to-back bookings. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure that our next client is seen on time.

While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may still be charged for the full reserved session, even if the session is shortened. We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving a few minutes early to get the most out of your appointment.
